    Presentation of Artemis Buildings I-III

    All buildings are part of Artemis Industrial Park

     

    Artemis I is an industrial building with 4,000 sq m offices built in 2017. It is located in Artemis Park, by the street. The building is divided into 4 units, separated by fire walls. Each unit has an office component.
    Each unit is metered separately on all utilities: gas, water, electricity. The building has a special quality, has 30% green space, has 20 cm insulation, sprinkler ring, 5t / sqm load, 9m height under the beam, natural light. The building has its own dedicated water house, platform and access. Rainwater from the roof and platform is collected and discharged through a hydrocarbon separator into the existing sewer.

    Artemis II is an industrial building with 7,500 sq m offices built in 2019. It is located in Artemis Park, located by the street, in the middle of buildings 1 and 3. The building is divided into 4 units, separated by fire walls. Each unit has an office component. Each unit is metered separately on all utilities: gas, water, electricity. The building has a special quality, has 30% green space, has 20 cm insulation, sprinkler ring, 7t / sqm load, 10m height under the beam, natural light. The building has its own water supply, platform and dedicated access. Rainwater from the roof and platform is collected and discharged through a hydrocarbon separator into the existing sewer.
    The building has all the permits obtained from all authorized institutions.

    Artemis III is an modern industrial office building of 6.500 sqm and another 3.700 sqm platforms, built in 2022. It is located in Artemis Park, by the street, left access. The building is divided into 5 units, separated by fire rated walls. The building has an industrial footprint of 6,200 sqm, on which is added the brasserie component, above which are 2 office floors of about 300 sqm overlooking the street. The brasserie will be dedicated to all park employees. The building has a rectangular shape, with 8 drive-in  gates (4×3) and 2 electrical docks. It also has 80 parking lots. The access to the building is private and the access inside is based on electronic key. Each unit is metered separately on all utilities: gas, water, electricity, internet. The building has the swiss quality, with natural light, with 30% green space, pathways and relaxation area, 20 cm mineral wool thermal insulation, interior sprinkler ring system, 7t/sqm load, 9m height under the beam, quartz floor. Artemis III building has its own water household, retention basin, dedicated platform for a comfortable truck and long vehicles manipulation. Rainwater from the roof and platforms is collected and discharged through a hydrocarbon separator into the existing sewer.
